Ok, so, I have completely gone crazy! I knew I might be having some "issues" about not being able to sing anymore, but this is just nuts. I had a dream last night that I was on American Idol competing against David Cook...LOL It seemed so real! I could feel the stage lights and hear the music. I even swore that I could feel the Mic in my hand! (Simon Totally LOVED me by the way *wink*)
For some unknown reason (hormones or strange vocal cord change) I haven't been able to really sing since having Kale. I am however very grateful for my miracle baby, his health, and that I didn't completely loose my voice. It just seems that I never really realized how important music was in my life. I was never really a very good singer, but I sang anyway. Now I open my mouth and nothing comes out :) Oh well...

wow, didn't know about your vocal chords. sorry. but i love your singing about going to the funny farm! one of my all time favortie silly songs!
I also didn't realize that your vocal cords had been damaged during the pregnancy. How did that happen? I always loved your singing - even about the funny farm!
I never heard the rest of that song, that was farther than I've ever heard! And, you can sing it all you want, but just don't go there. k? Glad I'm home, I missed you and your great blog!
